These cover use of this website. Client engagements are governed by a signed services agreement, which takes precedence.

Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of any particular result. Any examples are illustrative.

Engagements

Every engagement begins with a paid diagnostic and a written scope. Fees, term, notice period and payment schedule are set out in the services agreement, not here.

Deliverables and ownership

Who owns the systems built, the documentation, and any reusable components retained by us.

Third-party services

Systems we build may depend on platforms we do not control. Availability, pricing and behaviour of those platforms are outside our control.

Limitation of liability and governing law

Needs drafting by a lawyer. Get the cap, the carve-outs, and the jurisdiction right.
