Who we are

This site and the services described on it are operated by Painkillers LLC, a limited liability company registered in Maryland, United States, trading as Painkillers. We are the data controller for enquiries made through this site, and a processor for client data inside systems we build or maintain. Any question about data goes to [email protected].

What we collect

Sub-processors

What you send through the form on this site is handled by Railway, which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers the resulting email to us. Nothing else touches it.

List every third party that touches client data (model providers, hosting, automation platforms, email, storage) and link to their terms. This is the section clients actually read before signing.

Model training

State plainly whether client data is ever used to train a model, by you or by any provider you use. If the answer is no, say so unambiguously.

Retention and security

Retention periods per category, what happens when an engagement ends, and who can reach what.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and how to make a request.
